Commercial Investments – We offer a disposal and acquisition service to clients for income producing investment property within all sectors of the UK market. We act for a number of retained investors who sell through TFC and who retain us to search an acquire investments that fufil their requirements.

Ground Rent Portfolios - We have acted for a number of larger house builders as well as smaller private companies in the sale of portfolio from £200,000 to £3.5 million, both existing and newly developed product and have achieved multipliers of between 15 and 20 times income, dependant on the lease structures. We have also acquired portfolios for private individuals, plc’s propco’s and unit trusts.
